Human weapons:
Automated-Melee:
Chainsaw: Hastings
An old slow heavy chainsaw of metal(Not of plast like newer ones).
It would be real heavy and hard to retrieve ammo for. It would take down an zombie in matter of seconds, but with only ability of attacking one zombie at a time the owner would probably be killed, if at least 2 zombies attacked at once.

Circular Saw: Luci2327
Picture - Sawblade.
Could use up batteries pretty fast, and somewhat hard to find batteries amongst all the mess, left behind by the people whom lived there before.

Electric baton: Cheese
I think a electric stun baton would be a fun weapon to use against zombies. It'd be like the stun stick that the combine use. It would be good for keeping zombies at bay, rather than just doing damage.

Gras cutter:

Melee:
Alternate fire for metal based melee weapons:
The alternate fire would make you reach the weapon out, in front of you, and enable you to heat the melee weapon up over a heat/fire source.
For example, if the mapper adds a fire source, he can determine with an option if it should be possible to use that fire source to warm up the current weapon.
If that option is enabled, your crowbar/fire poker will be heated up by the fire source when you reach it out, allowing for much higher damage than usual, as it would burn the zombie with each hit.

Baseball-Nail-Bat: CopperCoatedCandy
Same as baseball-bat, but with an nail through it making it much more damaging.
Could be used with the nailgun on the normal baseball-bat, which is more realistic than finding one I believe.

Brass Knuckles: Koozie The Katt

Bread-Knife:
Would surely be the easiest weapon to achieve. It can be found in most homes, with shortest range of the melee weapons and an unknown amount of damage.

Cinder Block: acker
Secondary fire throws.

Combat knife: acker
Primary slices, secondary throws. Retrievable.

Cricket-Bat: Kevin_Ryman

Crowbar: Harrier
I myself would like to see a large crowbar. One that require 2 hands.
Slower, but you can stick the straight end into the zombie's eyesocket for a one hit kill.

Fists: LunchBox
Just your plain, good ol' fists

Fire-Poker:
Damage similar to what crowbar does.
It is to be found in most homes also.

Heavy firearms: CopperCoatedCandy
Using heavy weapons butt as a melee weapon. Damage depends on the weapon's size.

Katana: BOOM HEADSHOT (References from dejiko)
Damage: 50, 70 if you hit head.
Blade length: Between 61 and 76 cm.
Weight: ~1kg without the sheath (Said this on wikipedia, but i think it may be a typo of 10kgs).

A traditional Japanese sword, though they are now used mainly for display they are still deadly weapons that can easily decapitate a man. Can be found in a few stores or in homes.

Nightstick/Tonfa: Koozie the Katt

Paper Cutter: Koozie The Katt

Screw driver:

Skewer:
Can be found in most homes, though the damage isn't too good.
Could be possible to be able to carry several of these, for throwing purposes.

Tomahawk:

Whip:
Either a whip with one tail, or several, or both kinds. The melee weapon with the longest reach, not too good damage, but it will stun for maybe like 0,3 sec, besides the charge will take a little longer than with most other melee weapons.
I know, they'll never implement it, even though people can easily get a hold of it.
But it would have been so fun whipping the zombies around (Litteraly).

Assault rifles:
COLT M16A1: GDB
M16A1 with 20rd mag. Very light, accurate and extreme fire rate (I think they were something like 800-100rpm), but not much damage. Good runner/scout weapon. If a M16 is deemed too hard to find, make it a cvilian AR15.

Colt M16A2: CopperCoatedCandy
Uses 5.56 caliber NATO in a 30-round magazine. Is the standard issue rifle for the U.S military.
Weaker than the ak-47(Due to lower caliber, I think), but more accurate.

Famas: memorium

FN FS2000: Feanaro

Heckler & Koch G36: bud389

Heckler & Koch HK416: Cheese

M16 with M203 grenade launcher: Kommando
I would like to see an M16 with a M203 grenade launcher in ZP: S.

Bolt-Actions:
ASM CZ-550: Koozie the Katt
.458 Lott, 3 round fixed magazine.

Kar(a)biner 98k: The_Infernal_Zombine

Mosin-Nagant: zephyr

Remington M700: CopperCoatedCandy
Scopeless.

Carbines:
Colt M4A1: CopperCoatedCandy
Carbine version of the M16, uses 5.56 caliber NATO in a 30-round magazine.

M1 Carbine:
Used in WW2 and Korea(Limited use in Vietnam). Uses .30 cal, or 7.62 in a 15 round magazine(I think).

Ruger 10/22 .22LR: acker
The original, non-hacked version.

Ruger 10/22 .22LR (Illegally converted): CopperCoatedCandy
Illegally converted full-auto Ruger 10/22 .22LR carbine with a 50-round drum magazine. Many shots to kill a zombo, but high rate of fire and large mag capacity. I'm way ahead of you though, there are a ~~~~~-ton of manuals and dvd's out there that are sold on the internet that show you how to convert a 10/22 to full auto (Though it is still illegal to actually do the converting). Conversion manual. Picture (Gun in back).

Double Rifles:
.700 Nitro Express: Koozie The Katt
It's the biggest rifle I could find. Maybe from the local neighbourhood Safari hunter?

Machine Pistols:
Beretta 93R: CopperCoatedCandy
Type: Single Action automatic (machine) pistol
Calibers: 9x19mm Luger/Parabellum/NATO
Weight unloaded: 1170 g
Length: 240 mm
Barrel length: 156 mm (with compensator)
Magazine capacity: 20 rounds standard

Calico M950: Cheese
9mm "pistol" with 50 rounds magazine.

Calico M100: Cheese
Calico M100 .22LR pistol which is 5.56mm but holds 100 rounds.

Intratec DC-9: OkeiDo (Reference from Cheese).
High rate of fire, low damage, and 32 round mag capacity.
Picture.

Misc:
Benzin/Oil:
Primary fire could be spilling out a little(Maybe 4-7 seconds to empty it). Then if you shoot at the benzin/oil it will catch on fire.
Secondary fire could be dropping the tank and shoot it, which would cause an small explosion.

Bow: Koozie The Katt
Bow, just a normal recurve bow (I think compounds are ugly).

Crossbow: BOOM HEADSHOT
Can be found in stores, does about 50-100 damage. If headshot it has knockback, if aimed at body it has faster rate of fire but doesn't have knockback. The longer you hold the stronger it gets(For example 3 seconds max).

Defribulator: Koozie The Katt
Those things you shock people with in the hospital.

Flaregun:
Would damage the zombie, unknown amount of damage.
May ignite the zombie, and might blind the zombie for a little, if the shot hits the face.

Mini-Flamethrower:
You only need 1 spray-box and 1 lighter.
You turn on the lighter then spray a little above the lighter with the spray-box.
The range is short like maybe a little over 1 meter, but with high risk of setting zombies on fire.
But since it has such an little range, it would be an high risk of getting caught.
Maybe very little chance for an small explosion. The weight is also very low.

Nailgun:
Extra short ranged with fast reload(I believe). I'm not sure of what max ammo would be nor how much damage it would do. Also it could be done so that if you hit a zombie with the nail gun you can see the nail stuck in the zombie. It would be awesome to nail an zombie alot and just see lots of nails poking out of his/her head

Riot shield: de[th]
A shield to block attacks with, like on counter-strike. Maybe added push ability.
I believe this would be easy finding lying on the street, as the zombie outbreaks in the start would most likely be dealt with by crowd control, until it became clear that it was a serious threat.

Taser:
Extra short ranged with fast reload(I believe). Don't know how much damage on this one, nor ammo.
I'm also 99% sure this won't be implemented, but I say it anyway in case someone wants it).
And just so you know, I'm very sure it would be possible to use tasers in real-life on zombies.
Because it paralyzes/shocks the nerve system, and if the nerve system weren't working they wouldn't be able to move.

Tranquilizer: camp4r (Old post)
Would be short/medium ranged with unknown amount of ammo.
If you for example hit an zombie in the leg, it would make them a bit slower, or if hit in the arm the melee attack would be slower.

Muzzle-Loading:
Blunderbuss: Kommando
Picture.

Pistols:
Akimbo:
Ability to use same/different weapons like 2 pistols of same type or 2 different types,
and maybe ability to combine pistols, uzi's and machine-pistol.
Free / semi-auto firing.

.22 Rimfire Pistol: Ion
*Recommended by Zombie Survival Guide.

Desert Eagle: CopperCoatedCandy
Probably strongest pistol next to magnum. It would be high damage and good accuracy, and a 7-9 bullet clip.

M1911 Pistol: acker

Thompson / Center Contender .416 Magnum: koozie The Katt

Revolvers:
Colt Python Elite: Cheese
Colt Python Elite with a 6" barrel
Type: Double Action
Chamber: .357 Magnum
Capacity: 6 rounds

Double Action .410 Spreadshot Revolver: Koozie The Katt
Yes, a revolver shooting shotgun shells o.O

Smith & Wesson model 27: yournamehere

Taurus Thunder 5: Koozie the Katt
Double-Action .45LC/.410 Shotgun 5 shooter.

Rifles:
Daisy .177 air rifle: acker

M1903 Springfield: acker
without scope.

M1 Garand .30-06: Koozie The Katt

Ruger 10/22 (.22 LR, semi-auto): acker & CopperCoatedCandy
A fully automatic ruger 10/22 with a 50 round drum. High rate of fire, high mag capacity, extremely low damage.

Ruger 96/44: Koozie the Katt
Lever-Action .44 Magnum, 4 round tubular magazine.

Ruger Mini-14: CopperCoatedCandy

Winchester Rifle:
This is one of the most popular rifles when it comes to the zombie genre.
You can find it in the most zombie movies, and most zombie games also offer them.

Shotguns:
Benelli M4 Super 90: Cheese

Browning A-5: CopperCoatedCandy
Semi-automatic shotgun.

Ithatca Auto 10 Gauge Magnum: Koozie the Katt
This is a purty one, but it can be like mine: Plain, boring and rugged )

Mossberg 500: Cheese
Picture.

Remington Model 11-87: Koozie The Katt

Rossi .410 (Slug gun): Koozie The Katt
Crack-barrel.
Picture.

Saiga 12: CopperCoatedCandy
12 Gauge shotgun, with semi-auto firing mode.
Uses a detachable box magazine just like most rifles and pistols

Sawed-off shotgun:
Free/semi-auto firing, with 2 shots, before reload.
Same damage amount as a normal shotgun, but with less weight. Also the shots are more widespread.

Winchester 12: GDB
12 gauge Riot shotgun cylinder bore.
Light, with less damage than a normal shottie. Holds four rounds and allows you to hold a shotgun and a backup gun without being rediculously slow.

Sub-Machineguns:
FN P90: Ion

Heckler & Koch UMP: Luci2327

Mac10: CopperCoatedCandy
Uses 9mm or .45 ACP probably.

Scorpion SA Vz 61: Cheese
Caliber: 7.65x17mm (.32ACP) in vz.61; also 9x18mm Makarov in vz.82 and 9x17mm (.380ACP) in vz.83
Weight: 1.28 kg without magazine
Length (stock closed/open): 270 / 517 mm
Barrel length: 115 mm
Rate of fire: ca. 850 rounds per minute
Magazine capacity: 10 or 20 rounds
Effective range: 25 meters

Shipka: Cheese
Caliber: 9x18mm Makarov; 9x19mm Luger/Para
Weight: 2.0 - 2.2 kg withouth magazine
Lenght (stock closed/open): 338 / 625 mm
Barrel lenght: 150 mm
Rate of fire: 700 rounds per minute
Magazine capacity: 32 rounds (25 rounds for 9x19mm)
Effective range: 150 meters

Thompson M1A1:
Picture.

Uzis:
Israeli Army Uzi .45 ACP: Koozie The Katt
Maybe from the local gang?

Throwable weapons:
Throwable weapons: BOOM HEADSHOT
Ability to throw your weapon when empty, if it hits a zombie, the damage depends on how heavy the weapon is.
Big chance to miss your target.

All explosives: Secondary fire can be sliding along the ground so that it will for example be easier throwing it into an small opening. (Molotov cocktail also, unless it already have a secondary fire).

CO2 Bomb: zephyr
What about CO2 bombs? I've made some before. They're just an empty CO2 cartridge with gunpowder in it, and a fuse attached. They are similar to pipebombs, but small enough to use as hand grenades. Pipebombs are more like the type of bomb that should be planted. The explosion is very powerful and it makes plenty of shrapnel. In the space of one pipebomb you can carry probably around 8 CO2 bombs.
I suppose in the game these should be much more plentiful than other explosives, a blast from about 3 feet is instant death, and damage reduces quickly to zero beyond 20 feet.

Dynamite: Zombie Panic! (Goldsource).
Dynamite like in good old zp .

Harpoon: Koozie The Katt

Javelin: Koozie The Katt

M61 grenade:

MK 2 grenade:

Nail bomb:

Smoke grenade:
You would probably be able to find some of those at an weapons dealer and police department.
Maybe blur the vision of players that's inside the smoke up a little so it's not to unfair for zombies.

Time bomb:

Zombie attacks:
Grab: Archanor
It would slow down the survivor alot, but the zombie wouldn't be able to attack the survivor.
It'd need two zombies to have any use, as one is grabbing, and the other one would take a bite out of him or something.

Teeths: CopperCoatedCandy
A bite attack, that can with an low risk infect the survivor making him/her slowly transform into a zombie,(If infection is gonna be implemented) and at the same make do damage.
Would be slow and hard to perform, but with good damage.

Throwable body parts: BOOM HEADSHOT
I really doubt this will be implemented, except if you mean take body parts from dead survivors.
Does 30-35 damage medium/long range. As you have seen in bridges if you play zp, when the humans make it to the shotgun place, it's almost impossible to kill them, unless one of them get's stupid. The more you use it the slower you get.

I don't really think you would need any kind of explosive other than dynamite and a time bomb, and btw, the dynamite should probably be the stronger one since you cant trigger it whenever you want >_>

anyway, heres another melee weapon suggestion:

Katana
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katana

blade length: between 61 and 76 cm.
weight: ~1kg without the sheath.(said this on wikipedia, but i think it may be a typo of 10kgs)

A traditional Japanese sword, though they are now used mainly for display they are still deadly weapons that can easily decapitate a man.

The remote bomb is the stronger one in zombie panic! (Goldsource), whilst the dynamite is the weaker one.
So far I've not seen a single complaint on that
Also, it's more logic that it is like that, since remote bombs often are made up by several dynamites.

And about the katana, I added the info & references you gave to the weapon
