The Dead Walk
My name is General Dreugh. When it first happened I was up in space station delta when it happened. Me and my crew kept recieving orders to come back to earth before it was too late, they said we may not be able to retrieve you when you land if you dont get back as soon as possible......... We were never told what was happening only emergencie breifings from the comm. It was then when i knew that what they were dealing with below was far worse then terrorists... Something beyond our control............................
When we got back their was a retrieval vehicle but everyone in it or even near it was gone. My crew and i thought that they left us behind but not without a way to get out of their, for vehicle had 2 eaxtra gasoline tanks in the back and for some odd reason a pistol. It seemed as though eveerything was far too quite.... Dead quite....
It was not soon after we started in the vehicle that we found a civilian on the ground but when we got close to him, he attacked. We thought he was derranged so Jenkins tried to Stop him by shooting him in the leg. One, two three times he shot him in the leg but the man kept running at full pace Leroy was trained in hand to hand so he quickly grabbed him out of jenkins way and threw him at a length of atleast 5 feet. The man landed on his head then tumbled over in his chest it was then when we saw he had the back of his head torn like it was bitten, but we werent the ones that did that, he must of been like that for a while. But no man could be living with that kind of condition. That's what we thought until we got up to a bomb shelter which now was covered with mines and had wireing all around it. I asked who was in charge to the gaurd who was infront of the wire entrance. he seemed to be heavily armed, more armed then any ordinary gaurd for he was carrying 2 sidearm pistols an UMP and had 4 grenades around his chest and was wearing heavy kevlar to top it all off. He told me That the man in charge was a scientist but he was out with a platoon cleaning up a little town not far from here. When i asked him what was happening and why he said they were "cleaning up a little town". He replied firmly and strongly.......... 'SIR THEY ARE CLEANING UP THE UNDEAD, SIR'!
At his reply i asked him what undead. And he said that the town was filled with them atleast 100. I asked him sarcastically. "Do u need to shoot em in the head" and laughed. "SIR YOU COULD SHOOT THEM IN THE HEAD OR DISMEMBER THEIR HEAD OR BREAK THEIR SPINE' SIR'!
