Schmungs model and mesh, reskinned by moi. Having some trouble compiling it on the 9mmhandgun animations. Tried several times, getting same error

illegal parent bone replacement in model "v_beretta_ref"
"Bip01 R Hand" has "Bip01 R Arm2", previously was "Bip01 R Forearm"

Ive been converting gun to different animations/hands for a long time, so I know im doing it right. Im going to try to figure it out by myself, but any help would be appreciated.

I dont know a thing about modeling, but you should not use a .BMP as a pic. Save it as a Jpg or a png. Cuts the files size down tremendously and is best for displaying images on the internet, even with highspeed internet bmp suck.

BMP is the devil.

doh wasnt paying attention, im thinking ill just keep it on different hands and just qc convert :ph34r:

I think the animations have a different bone name than the reference. Or something alike.

Thx, but im just going to keep it on TS arms I dont really like zp. Besides doing that gives me an excuse to make a pack

a SMD is a text file, inside the text file is the names of the bones, you can open the reference and the sequence files and rename the bones (copy/past from one file to the other)

... it's easy.

You assigned something wrong and the TS anims dont match up too well, check the qc's too to make sure.
