Looking for graphic designer

Hello I am starting up a source server hosting business and i was wondering if anyone in the community would be able to give something back to me for all the hard work i have put into my maps over the passed years.

I need a graphical designer to create me a 128x128 The Maddogs World avatar aswell as a 901px × 167px Banner advertising my The Maddogs World project with the aim of "Foundered to bring gamers around the world closer together"
