Say Sounds

Hi,
i have create a zps Server and installed sourcemod and a few plugins like saysound etc. .
I have a little problem with say sounds.
Example:
Player 1 write benny and the sound comes.
Player 2 writes benny too and the same moment and the sound comes twin.

How can i configure that only 1 sound plays and if 2 players write sound names the sounds play in queue like benny than benny2?

Sry for my english but the last time i wrote it was 6 years ago.
