The point is not to be specific. The point is to get creative and create your own props that fit the theme. It is general on purpose, so that the entries can be quite varied.

.vts files are what a compiler turns the .smd files into so that its usable by source

Just wondering if its okay if I use sketchup (I can export and compile them into .vts and .smds) as I know its not a program people generally use when creating models for games

Buddy does a complete set will work having <prop description removed> i just want to conform that iam in a correct direction or not ..... can Halloween prop contain these things

Those props are fine, and I would think they fit the theme just fine. I'm gonna edit the props out of your post though, just to be fair.
