Default Parsing Game Info

Hi, I've been having trouble with zombie panic source lately as when I try to connect to a game it gets to the loading screen and in the loading bar it just says parsing game info. I have left it there a couple times thinking it would load and after about an hour it still does nothing or the bar has not move at all. It seems to freeze there and I have to ctrl, alt, delete to get out of it. Now, I have tried to solve this issue myself by disabling my firewall or anti-virus program and running zombie-panic source but it still does the same thing. I also have re-installed zombie panic a few times and that didn't seem to work either. I have ran my other steam games such as Counter-Strike Source, Day Of Defeat Source, Team Fortress 2 and they work fine. If anyone could help me solve this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank You

I think there is some sort of problem occurring from zombie source itself. If other games are finely working then what could be the problem with the parsing game! Are the settings working properly! I think you should check that from an expert. Personally speaking I don't have any idea about it.

Why you don't try to re install the game then try if still has a problem or not or the best thing that you should do is to update your anti virus.

After deleting the game from steam , actually go to the root directory of the steam folder where all of your game data is stored (ex:C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\username) . Delete any and all Zombie Panic Source folders you see there.

- I say to do this because I have noticed that once I uninstall a game from the steam program, sometimes it leaves old maps / misc game data around, this could be contributing to your problem -

soooo then

.Restart Comp
.Install Zombie Panic again
.from steam - games - view - (right click) zombie panic source - properties - local files - verify integrity of game cache
.restart steam
