the map doesnt look so bad. i went ahead and downloaded it to my server. though, maybe next time you can make a two extra files for download(im using my last map as an example):
zp_darkslay.txt with some words in it or something, maybe info or how long it took u to make it or so.
zp_darkslay.res file (just open up a txt file and save it as .res) and put this in it:

"maps/zp_darkslay.txt
maps/zp_darkslay.res"

this is do that when a person conencts to a server playing this map. this file will tell the player to automatically download the txt file and res file. else, unless im wrong, you will only download the bsp map and view the txt file on the server side, without actually downloading. (btw: in case im worng, someone told me this, so sorry lol)

and then save it in a zip file.

other then that, from the screen shots, it doesnt look so bad, ill be sure to try it out. good job

Not exactly helpful Jezpuh =/

To help the map look and play nicer I suggest changing some textures of walls and floors and ceilings, positioning girders and changing the shape of rooms, walls ceilings, floors possibly. Maybe even removing some crates.

Try www.snarkpit.com for some architechtural tutorials, you look as though you could do with brushing up on some skills. Possibly check out the 'curving' walls tutorial.

It's really all Jezpuh does... The maps needs real lights not just lit up walls... Also make the lights at a brightness of "100 100 100 200" Its a good setting making things visable but yet a little dark...

nuff said.

Lighting is extremely bland, repeted textures get annoying, horrible textgure alignment, and what's with the 1000 boxes in the first screenie? it looks like one of them has gone through the floor... You need to spice up your architecture, and you're lighting.. use texlights ^_^
