They don't like the plugin them selves but just ask that you mark your server as using custom plugins

which is sv_usescustom 1 for people that dont know.

But anyways, this plugin hasnt been updated since 1.5 so, you could use a different particle effect, or make your own...

You could try sourcemod 1.1 that might work, since that is the last version it worked on perfectly.
