I'd been happily playing zp and all other shooters until I started going clay shooting. The truth is that real guns sound absolutely nothing like what they do in games and movies. They really just sound like fireworks and backfiring cars :)
With this in mind i created some more realistic weapon sounds, mixed from various sounds from a lot of games. Note I said more. I couldn't get the sounds exact, but they're a heck of a lot better if you like realism. I've put them into a RAR archive. It contains more realistic sounds for the pistol, rifle and shotgun.
I didn't make a sound for the 357 but you can use the pistol one if you want, as the two real guns sound quite similar.
I haven't uploaded the file as I don't know a good site. My xfire name is GDB. Tell me a good file site or contact me on xfire if you're interested in this RAR.
