SDK Base. The SDK Base is used to run mods. The SDK is used for aiding developers in creating mods.

i dont know if the zps mod does anything to the sdk but ever since i did install the mod it doesnt seem to work!?!?!?!? if any one knows wats wrong please help

Half true, you only need a game that gives you access to Source SDK Base.
Which is more than just half-life 2.
