I originally downloaded zombie panic: source, and after reading the FAQs, purchased Half-life 1 through Steam. After a sizable number of failed attempts, I realized that half of the FAQs referred to zp and the other half were talking about zp:s.
a lot of the questions about the zp not showing up in steam may be related to this difference?
Is ZP: S meant for half life 2? Should I have purchased that instead?

zps is for halflife 2 as it uses the Source engine
zp uses the half life 1 engine

it's no biggie. I'll contact steam, see if they're willing to cancel the HL purchase and put that as credit towards HL2.
when I finally got it loaded, there was one server active, and I gave up trying to get it to load after about 10 minutes.
does the ZP:S (HL2) have more servers & players, beyond the 9 that were online when I looked now?

yeah, Also, i think this should be forwarded, umm, community manager? since the FAQ made my head do few of these headache things... Make Two seperate, or one with separated parts for Zombie panic, the HL1 mod, and Zombie Panic Source, the source mod needing HL2.
