I recently downloaded ZP:source and i was very eager to play. after installing it and noticing it installs to a different steam folder i moved it over to my source mods. After that, when I loaded up the game I had trouble actaully loading the menu screen, I can still see the task bar.. once I alt-tabbed a bit to get to the game, the first time I played it came up with the Lost Coast background... I figured okay coz its a beta maybe they havent done a title screen yet. So i figure ill just create a lan server and check it out before going online. I load up Zpl_Armory and when it loads... its just a large orange room... After figuring maybe its just that map bugged. I went to load up police station... once it finished loading, it reset my PC.. and I tried it a few more times and it did the same thing 3 times so it was no mere conciedence
Also ive noticed ppl are having Direct 3dDevice problems.. im in the FFOW Beta and im unable to play it coz of that same error.. When I saw that same error on a different game on a different engine i was shocked..
I dunno if you'll be able to help me, as it is still a 'beta' which means there is going to be bugs.. But I hope that the devs fix this map issue. coz I played your first HL1 mod.. and do still play it :) but im sad that I cant play the source versoin
