Can't change video options

There is simply no video options for me. I have everything (keyboard, sound, multiplayer etc. options) but no graphics settings. I can't change my ugly 800x600 resolution... Is there any solution? Is there any console commands to change graphics settings?

I forgot to say that I have this problem with zp:source.

is it because the text is like "#gameui_keyboard"(or somthing like that), if it is, change your steam language to english.
