I came up with this story rather quickly, just tell me if you like it or not and if you want to see more of it?
The Nightmare
It all took place in my hometown Nevada where this tragedy and unspeakable horror first began.
It first started off as a normal day I was getting ready to go to school (still in high school at the time), as normal it usually takes me awhile to get ready in the morning. I watched a bit of tv while I ate breakfast, as I flipped through the channels I came across the news which was telling a story about a man in the street acting like a rabid dog, at the time I didn't think much of it (I automatically assumed it was some nutcase :wacko: ) after done eating breakfast I headed off to school.
3:00 pm rolls around and school is over, I decided to head on over to my friends house (Jake) we watched tv and played video games and generally just hung out. Strangely though a emergency news broadcast appeared as we were watching tv, It didnt really go into much detail but urged everyone to keep the doors and windows locked at all times until further notice. I was so eager to get back home I didn't even bother to say bye to Jake, by the time I got home it was around 7:45pm it was already getting dark. As I was getting closer to the front door I noticed that it was open and that a window was broken (on second level), at the time I really wasnt quite sure what to do (I knew my mom was supposed to have been home by this time) but my curiosity got the best of me.
As I slowly walked through the front door all the lights in the house were off, it was extremely hard for me to see where the light was, I eventually managed to get one of the lights in the kitchen on (not before I bumped into furniture and the kitchen counter). I finally called out to my parents "Mom, Dad are you here?" no answer, my anxiety level rose and fearing that something might have happen to them made me almost ill.
Interesting enough nothing appeared to have been stolen by the looks of things, as I stumbled my way up the stairs to my room, I heard a odd thumping noise coming from my parents bedroom. As I got to the top of the steps the noise got increasingly louder so much so it immediately drew my attention to it, I couldnt take my eyes off this door I was so anxious to find out what was making all that racket. As I put my hand on the cold door knob I felt a very uneasy feeling take over me as if someone was warning me to get ouf of the house. Before I knew it the door was open the entire room was covered in blood even the ceiling fan had blood dripping from it, the carpet had looked as if it was painted red. The smell from the blood made me gag, to my surprise I saw a man kneeling in the corner of the room, it looked as if he was eating something I wasn't quite sure. Step by step I got closer to him, to my shock and utter disbelief it was my parents there lifeless bodies were being ripped apart by this monster he was eating them!
The face of the monster was hideous, it's skin was peeling off of its face and blood was oozing from it's lips and it's eyes were that of a devil. Clothing it wore looked as it had been soaked in blood from head to toe.
I was frozen I couldnt move I was in a state of shock it was almost surreal, I finally was able to snap out of it but not before he noticed I was in the room.
The creatures erratic behavior startled me, I ran out of the room and began running down the flight of stairs. The monster gave chase I luckily was able to get out of the house before it was able to grab me, I ran to my neighbors house I began banging on his front door "Somebody help me please!" no one answered. I screamed out (from the top of my lungs) "Help Me!" yet it was like the whole neighborhood got up and left it was total silence. This silentness only increased my fear even more, as I yelled out using every ounce of energy I had left in me, walking down the road I felt a lone I began picturing the worst for myself and humanity. All of a sudden from out of no where I heard this loud crash sounded as if glass was breaking, that's when I turned and look back at the house the creature broke the window and came charging head on at me my only response was to run! :o
I ran until I was out of breath and the creature was out of sight, I ran to my local 7-Eleven which was probably 3 miles away. I was relieved to know that i actually saw a few people from afar but it was definitely not what I was expecting.
