I most often do not. If I do then I eat a slim fast bar. Trying to lose a few pounds :P

I mostly eat a can of tuna, two raw eggs along with a banana. But sometimes I eat oats in milk.

That's infact the food I'm mostly eating throughout the days. It tastes like ????, but it is worth it since it is a very convenient choice of food as it can be eaten instantly (I hate to wait, cook and most of all doing dishes).

You should definately not skip the breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day.

And the best way to lose weight is to become more active. My dad who's 5'8" or 5'9" has went from ~220lbs (all fat) to ~170lbs by starting to play soccer and run alot, and his eating habits are basicly the same as they were before.

But of course, eating healthy helps too, altough not as much as getting exercise.

Your dad is a specific case. Research shows the best way to lose weight effectively, healtihly, and quickly is the combination of exercise and a good diet. And a good diet doesn't just help your weight. You can still die of a heart attack if you eat poorly but look okay because you run yourself to failure every day. And for many people, the workouts alone only get you halfway there. A common adage here concerning getting good abs is "Great abs start in the kitchen."

But you're right about breakfast. Hastings, the best plan to lose weight is to eat a large breakfast, a medium lunch, and a small dinner. Don't eat after dinner. Work out before you eat breakfast (cardio). And get a little muscle mass, it burns more calories.

I usually just make an omelet or something, with some veggies in it. And mostly also an apple or two.

Well, I usually wake up late in the summer, so I just eat lunch. And sometimes I'm just too involved in the computer, so I don't eat it. Heh, does that make me a bad person?

Yes, of course it is most efficient to exercise in combination with a healthy diet. But the exercise is still more crucial to weight loss than the diet (unless eating 10 greasy hamburgers/day or similiar, but I've excluded people who do that obviously), which was my point.

For me its usually french toast, bacon, cereal or sometimes a combination of the three. Breakfast is pretty important since it gives you the carbohydrates you need to get through the day without feeling tired and needing a nap around evening.

When I'm over in Ireland we have rashers and bangers a lot with toast. Occasionally we'll have cereal too. Tea of course is a must.

Don't have money nor do I have time to eat breakfast. Unless it's on a weekend when I have money.
