This is where the new rules will be posted.
This RP is about the world, as you may of gathered from the title. You dont control a character, but you control a whole COUNTRY. It starts in 1900, and the entire course of history shall be played out, altered, etc. Each country starts with 100,000 troops, and that number will go up year (day). Any country in the world is open for play (apart from Russia, which I have taken.) More than one person may control a country. The UN, or a form of it may be started at anytime. The RP will go on for aslong as it stays alive, and tech' advances will be noted by me.
Each country starts with $10B, and it costs money to upgrade tech. (tech advancments wll be handed out by me) As with army size, money will increase each day (year).
So basicly, this is like Civ/total war, but text-based and forumised.
Be creative. Dont be scared about altering history. No saying ''zomg aliens invade england and dey r so ****ed LOL''
I might change my mind about the no zombies, but not for a while.
And when war is declared, state the amount of troops you are sending to battle, the tech you have, and I'll try to figure out how many die.

Each country has an Income of $20,000. The next Tech Point will cost: $500,000 and is the Steam powered Areoplane.
Navies may now be built, at a cost of $9,000 per battleship,$5000 for a Destroyer, $10000 for a submarine and $20000 for an Aircraft Carrier.Each ship takes 1 year to be made.
If a nation is completely destroyed (eg capital is taken), they can become a Vassal state, and it will take 5 years (days) for their military to regrow, in this time they can only have 1 battleship, 2 destroyers and 1 aircraft carrier (1916+).
All countries may now build Artillery. A Siege on a city cannot happen unles the attacking army has cannons or some form of artillery. You may only make 5 artillery units per year.
The starting money is now $10million, as I think Billion was a bit too much .
The basic ship combat is:
Battleship defeats Destroyers. Destroyers defeat Submarines. Submarines defeat Battleships.
Aircombat:
Fighters defeat Fighterbombers, other fighters and bombers. fighterbombers defeat bombers, ground units and other fighterbombers. Bombers defeat ground units. Airships defeat ground units, all others apart from bombers defeat airships. Some Airships can launch a small number of fighters.
Machinegun teams may be recruited in 1910. You are allowed 10 Mgs at a time, and they cost $10000 per team.
Ground combat (Pre tank)
Regular defeats other Regulars. Cavelry defeat regulars. Lancers defeat Cavelry. MGs defeat all, unless the ratio is above 10:1.
