I want to know what programs would I need to port a HL1 map (.bsp) from another mod to ZP, like to edit where the spawn points and other things are.

I believe there's a few programs that will merely take the entities out and let you modifiy them, I have no idea how they work, but I THINK "ripent" can do something like that, you might want to google it.
Or decompile (which gives you a mess of 1 unit thick brushes) and remake. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get the original author's permission before doing either of these things though.
