As a note, people have been creating topics about Zombie Panic not showing up on the games list.

First you must load and play Half-life multiplayer at least once before playing,

You must also install it to the create destination;

C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\"username"\half-life\zp

And lastly you should restart Steam after installation.
