Hey guys,
I'm here to inform you of a ZPA Tournament for clans, or simply groups who are up for it.
We already had it planned, even BEFORE 2.0 got released. At that time, we already got quite a lot of feedback and a few teams already joined.
Ever since 2.0 got released, the interest in participating in this tournament went up. Right now, we got about 8 teams that will participate in the tournament, which will be a 5 vs 5 knock-out one.
If you can manage to get a group of 5, and if you have enough spare time on your hands to fight some tournament matches, feel free to sign in! The sign up is open till November 8th. After that, we will start making the match schedual.
Already mentioned it before to Okeido, it might be nice for L2W members to sign up, but like I said. It's open to everyone, as long as you can make a team thats big enough.
Want to read more about it? Or simply want to sign up? Or see what teams are already in? Simply press the link here. (http://zombiepanicveterans.com/zpa-tournament/)
Fantastic to see a ladder already coming together for it.
Hope to see some good games come out of this.

I've heard about clan based wars for zps but this new zpa might open one.
Clan play was one of the reasons ZPA was thought up.

And I love ZPA! :) only thing is, that I think it will need some new servers. This gamemode is something you wanna run on a small server for sure!

Well, once the schedule is released, teamleaders will have to contact the opposing team to find a right date for a match within 2 weeks
Else they both might be disqualified. :/ only way to make it work

The schedule for the tournament has been released!
Teams have two weeks to finish their match, starting now!
We have decided to work with a groupsystem first, instead of a knock-out system right away, because of the number of teams. There are 2 groups. The teams in these groups will fight every other team once. Only the numbers 1 and 2 of each group will move on to the next round, to the knock-out phase.
You can find the schedule here (http://zombiepanicveterans.com/zpa-tournament/schedule/).
Poo... I was late beyond recognition or Dling ZP again... wait, my application! XD Idk...

We have one team dropping out, so if you can manage to form up 5 people, you can still join the tournament.
well, the thing is is that I'm still waiting for Steam to possibly enable my account as they recently... asked me for my name and address so I guess they want to verify my account's original destination.
Anyways, I WOULD LOVE to make a clan... but I don't know how to make websites. I'd rather have a clan forum in this site for us but we're all better off in mIRC or something. The only potential I have is leadership, skills, yearning to do what is right, and creating a good name and that's it.

Hi, just had a question about the matchsystem. The rules say we have to fight EACH team in our group right? Or do we only fight the one in the schedule? If we only fight the one in the schedule, what happens to the fifth team with nobody to fight? do they have to fight a randomly chosen team in their group? Or do the two odd A and B teams fight each other? I understand only two teams should remain in each group, but I don't understand how this is to be achieved fairly. Just need clarification. Thanks!

You indeed have to fight every team in your group once. First off, all the teams have to do round one. After that, I will release the schedule for round 2.

What time is the first match on Sunday for The Regulators and ZPV Team Alpha? It says 8:30(+1 timezone). What timezone exactly?
[ZPV] Bob the Salesman

+1 timezone is the timezone with +1.
Go to the link here: http://haacked.com/images/haacked_com/WindowsLiveWriter/TimeZones_105BD/timezone2.jpg
I've talked to regulators leader. for him the match is at 12:30.

Timezone issue should be solved bow. If people still have trouble finding out what time a match is in their own area, go to www.zombiepanicveterans.com and check news bulletin #2 for info about that.
Also. TG has come up with a second team for the tournament, which will replace the dropped out S.T.A.R.S clan. Team Rat will fight this team, their 2 weeks time starts from today, since these teams had no time before now to set a date.
Please, if you are in the tournament or interested in the tournament, go to: www.zombiepanicveterans.com for all the info, news updates and matchschedules!

Hey Bob, I am having trouble contacting AwE DeHumanization as the only method of contact he left was his steam user name and he has not accepted my invitation or contacted me via email. Is there a way you could tell him to contact me or accept my invite, that would be very helpful.

No problem Paul. I'll contact him about it.
