We really appreciate your will to contribute to the project but I don't think you have enough Source mapping experience with only 2 months in hammer. I think you should keep on mapping, read some tutorials and release a few custom maps before you apply to join a team.

Keep improving and when you apply next time, read this sample application http://zombiepanic.org/forums/showthread.php?t=6486.
Also, remember to always include samples if your work when applying.
