Yes, they said it was coming out soon last year. No they didn't say it was coming out halloween, no they didn't say it releases on december 15th.
Yes, they now gave their first date, they have never given a date before but now they did, december 28th.

The game was never delayed because they never officially set a release date. They said that it MAY come out, keyword MAY. This is the first real release date.

I don't know about you guys, but I think he's asking about a phrase, not a ZP:S release date.
