Are there any mansion maps secretly in the works?

I've asked about mansion maps for No More Room in Hell in the No More Room in Hell forums and I was rejected by some but I was wondering if... maybe Zombie Panic: Source will have a beautifully made mansion map that will ever set course on our eyes and strike us with awe.

I'm talking about a map that maybe doesn't have to have an outside or backyard but at least windows to see the storming sky or blowing, leaveless trees. I'm also talking about a mansion map somewhat at least like the Resident Evil mansion map but not a complete replica or at all of any replica of it... just some good-looking mansion map! With like secrets and stuff all in it and all other sweetness. I'd say more than one person would work on, as well.

One more thing... Honestly... I don't know how any zombie mod would pass up the chance of making a great mansion map, better than any ever made because it's in the Source engine and the graphics and concepts are great...

The main problem you encoutner with this is lack of textures. Mods often have to use Hl2 textures, or create their own. Not an easy task.

Well, what could happen is that after Zombie Panic: Source releases and the devs have no more to do or the graphic artists have not much or no more to do, they can start working on the textures for a big, great map... The mansion map...

...and what would they name this mansion map? Who knows? zp_mansion? No, too lame but could work... how about... zp_oldmansion, zp_bigmansion, or zp_MansionOfHorror? Think up your own and post them...

you know? What name would just some mansion map be called, anyways? The Misenheimer Residence? If it's not a Resident Evil mansion map, then what do you call it besides "mansion"? Oh well.... Zp_mansion and people would be like, "omg! I can't wait until we play zp_mansion," or, "vote zp_mansion! Vote zp_mansion!"

Maps for the original zombie panic were generally titled zp_mapname

and zpo_mapname for 'objective' maps

Oh yea, No More Room in Hell has a mall map in the works or already complete but if you still want one for ZP, then maybe that would be cool... as long as... you know... a mansion map is being in the works... hehehee!
