I'm interested in the unknown - what happens after death, how many other species there are in the universe (if there are any) and things like that in general. I'm also interested in things revolving around violence and conflict - wars throughout history and gory stuff, like what a human looks like after having been shot in the face by a shotgun.

My primary interest is in God, and seeking him out daily.
Related to that pursuit, I enjoy studies into religion and philosophy, and the human condition.
After that, music. I play acoustic and electric guitar, I sing, and I like to get into music theory. More than that, I'm into the various types of emotions and thoughts you can get out of the innumerable types of music and song we (humanity) have made so far.

My computer interests include enjoyment of Strategy and shooter video games, Programming in various languages, playing around with Linux (I have a machine that basically runs as a Linux-based Tivo, for example) and participating in the vast pool of anonymity called the Internet. Mostly though, I use the computer as either a time killer or to pursue my other interests. Aside from work, I spend maybe an hour or two on the computer at home and that's it. Most days, less than that.

Religion, Politics, the spiraling end of western culture due to our own civilizedness.

All that good stuff.

Oh and zombies, guns, glory.

World of warcraft, girls, resident evil (some odd reason I've been playing this like mad trying to learn the story line etc)

Yeah that pretty much sums it up

Also, I've never been completely bored in my life. EVER. I can always find something to do, even if its just watching the world go by, and it will keep me occupied, like I'm in a trance.

You should get a masters degree in theology like I might. Of course you could also pursue a religious order like I'm doing as well.

Not necessarily. This thread is about what one is interested in after all, and it sounds like he's into that religious order stuff.
