I just got Half-Life and I have two questions

MMOs are the only things that are usually pay 2 play - I've yet to see any other form of game that does that...

Well i bought Half-life in stores, and now i have to pay for it again for $9.95 on steam. how do i make it so i dont have to pay again??

You dont have to, you just have to install it from steam with a valid gamekey. ITs under "Activate a product"

when i got steam i just used my old half-life 1 cd-key in activate product and i got all those games on steam :P
