I'm not trying to flame, but I don't think a second chance will work. His name in ZP is Crazed Knives and he's a jerk in the game too. He even gets banned from his own clan server for being rude to everyone...

His ban is up in a week.

And as for him being pete13, there is no evidence to say that he is. If I have the time I will attempt to see if his IP is the same, but as Ips can be faked it wont help matters unless he uses the same.
