The story starts off in the year 3666 where a major technological advance has wiped out the whole human race except for three or four and most demon/creature races as well. The technological advance has made it virtually impossible for us(the "other races") to live. This is why we must bring a downfall to the robot empire, with a side problem, a lab in the central computer area has created a NEW type of zombie which are basically undead cyborgs with only one weakness Holy Water from the one remaining holy place in all the world Taradon.

A few months after the war had begun, Allan was exploring to find holy water when he heard some strange figure run by, behind him he looked behind him to see a cusnik getting holy water. Allen walked over to the cusnik and asked "What is your name?" The cusnik looked at him a little startled and said "My name is Lord Auron

"Shall we battle?" I asked Allan "Of course I will, but be prepared to LOSE!" He replied. "We'll see, DRAW YOUR WEAPON!!"
I yelled "Mikazuki No Mai!" As I screamed the attack Allan spoke two words that made me realize who he was "Deadly Punch" I knew that this was an attack passed down from generation to generation within one family, the Ranocks. A family of Al Bheds who had extreme power in fighting and they were very skilled pilots and navigators, and with that I knew I had to convince him to join my team and help me bring an end to the MCP's rule. "Daiguren Hyorinmaru!!"
This finishing attack allowed me to knock him unconcious, or at least it should have! He got back up and said "Good battle, I haven't been beaten in 15 years, I would like to go with you and gather as much info as I can so one day I may help defeat the MCP and maybe even win against you."
"I would gladly have you on my team knowing of your great navigation skills and fighting skills you will be a big help in finding the Holy water at Taradon and defeating the MCP." and with that we set off to find more accomplies.

As we walked through town a man on the street asked us if we were going to help destroy the MCP when we said we were he told us of a way to destroy it easily, destroy the Temples on Anaroi. Then he told us that there were 7 of them, one in each continent so we decided it would be the easiest way and began our journey.
