How to install fake clients?

Could someone please give me an detailed explaination on how to install fake clients? I've tried several times and asked for help at the amxmodx forum, but nothing seems to work.

If anyone is in there right mind they will not help your server get any more ppl.
I dont see how you get ppl on there anyway.

all you do is cheat and abuse on your own server in everyway possible.
but ofcourse you think there is nothing wrong with this.
