I have no idea on who made it, nor if there is a newer version out. but i seem to still have it from a while ago, and if somone wanted to put into source that might be nice. I don't know what you need, but i will give the url to the map

Why not create an entirely differant map? It gets boring to play the same map over and over with minor changes to it. Zp needs more custom maps as it is anyway.

I don't like it either, it can be fun for a while, maybe two minutes. But, sometimes I like maps with zombiefall style, for example zp_drop, good to play it for shotgun training.
