Foliage Help

I'm a bit toubled with the new foliage. I know how to make the texture displacement and add models such as the trees as foliage, But i just can't figure out how to add the "sprite like" grass. I noticed that you have included the grass in some of your maps, so ive anyone could help me out, it would be greatly apreciated. Thx

I know it has to do with the prop_detail, or more or less the detail.vbsp, but i am unable to find this file/ know how to use it. Please help.
